Amit comes with a rich and vast experience of being a Professional Chef, has worked in 5 star coffee shops, Cruise Liners, Classical French Brasseries belonging to Michelin Starred Chef Raymond Blanc, Fine Dine restaurant Indigo in Mumbai, has been a Food Editor for BBC Good Food Magazine India, been a Corporate Chef for a dairy company, D’lecta Foods and now he is running his own Culinary Homestay in Indore apart from Menu consulting and supplying Desserts to various restaurants and cafes in the city.
The idea of a Culinary Homestay, Amit believes is the best way he could share his experience, passion and love for food with fellow food enthusiasts in the country. He is the chief host, food guide and he will make sure your food knowledge will get enriched, whether you like it or not!
An MBA Finance graduate, who likes to teach young children, is the Chief Operating Officer of the Homestay. She takes care of all the backend work of the homestay, makes sure our home is kept in immaculate condition the whole time, and she takes care of in-house food and beverages for the guests apart from being completely involved in designing a perfect leisure time for her guests.
